To provide a homely and happy environment and enable each resident and the people who care about them to feel that they are treated with dignity and respect and are able to make choices about how they live their life.
We will achieve this by Quality Systems encouraging communication with residents and their families so they can tell us how they feel about the care we deliver and the environment they live in, and to be involved in their care plans.
Activities which are varied, interesting and encourage residents of all abilities to join in.
