Enquiries during the Coronavirus Pandemic

During this difficult time, we understand that families still need to find good quality care for a loved one. Moundsley Hall Care Village is still open and accepting new admissions, even though we are currently not able to conduct physical tours of our Homes. We can reassure you that with every new admission, or readmission from hospital, we require a Covid-19 test to be carried out with a negative result in order to proceed. All residents returning from hospital are cared for in isolation for 14 days, regardless of the result.

The health and wellbeing of our residents and staff will always come first, but it is important that we continue to be there for those who need our help.

Please contact us either by phone on 0121 433 3000 (Option 1) between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday or via email on our enquires page. Someone will respond to you on the same day, or first thing on Monday morning following a weekend.
