Care Home Visiting Hours

Moundsley Hall Care Village ensures that families and friends are welcome to visit at any time, with no set restrictions on visiting times. We strongly advocate for our clients to maintain and strengthen their relationships with family and loved ones; this includes provision for them seeing their loved ones at any time throughout the day, as they would be able to in their own home.

Whilst we have no limits on visiting hours, we appreciate that visitors respect the mealtime periods, to ensure that clients can fully engage with their dining experience. This also ensures that our staff are fully able to focus on providing the support our residents may need or benefit from during their meals. Our clients generally enjoy their breakfast from 8am-10.30am, lunch from 12.30pm-2pm and dinner between 4.30pm-6pm.

We pride ourselves on supporting loved ones; when visiting, our friendly staff team is happy to provide refreshments and associated provisions when loved ones visit. Additionally, family and friends are very much encouraged to be involved with our regular family and advocates meetings, daily activities and entertainment sessions, as well as regular events held within the homes, such as afternoon tea’s and garden parties.

Who is welcome?
Family members and visitors are welcome to visit between 10am and 8pm – outside these hours can be arranged with a senior member of staff within each Unit, we would ask that there are no more than four visitors at a time in consideration of other residents and their families.

Can children visit?
Yes, all that we ask is that the families are respectful of our other clients.

Can we bring pets?
With prior agreement with Senior Staff this can be arranged.
