Our activity members of staff are an integral part of the team ensuring our residents social needs are met and creating a fun and fulfilling day. We all know how important it is to provide a quality care experience for our elderly clients, but the social aspect of their care is by no means a second thought. Our activity team take pride in their work and enjoy creating new ways to ensure a stimulating environment, where our residents can develop activity programmes to suit their personal likes. Activity co-ordinators have a challenging role but the everchanging strategies and implementation of new ideas, keep the role interesting and endlessly rewarding.
