As part of your role within the care village, you would motivate and maintain a professional and efficient staff team and exercise leadership within one of our Nursing units across the care village. To abide by the NMC code of conduct and take every opportunity to maintain and improve your knowledge and professional competence. To always deliver, high quality Nursing care by assessment, implementation and evaluation of the resident’s needs, inputting and updating residents care plans.
